The success of RLAC is completely dependent on forming a committee and the effectiveness of the committee to bring appropriate skill and capability to operate little athletics at Ringwood.  The committee is broken into two key areas with an executive committee and a general committee.

The Executive committee make key financial and operational based decisions and also deal with issue escalation and resolution.  General committee members support the executive committee by assisting to provide key operational athletic activities.

Centre Committee meetings are the ideal forum to raise ideas and make suggestions regarding the general running of the Centre.  Executive Committee members and key general committee members are required to attend these meetings, as they capture key decisions related to the operational and strategic direction of RLAC.  Meetings are open to all parents of athletes and interested persons by invitation.

Centre committee meetings will be held on the 1^st Monday of each month (with some exceptions due to public holidays\Christmas break).
