This Saturday (26 November) we have Ange Ritchie from My Goal Squad joining us to talk through setting goals, keeping motivated at athletics and in life and performing some mindset activities.
Ange Ritichie is a motivator, athlete + lover of coffee, and the Founder & Head Goal Coach of My Goal Squad. Ange is a passionate goal setter and goal kicker herself, wakes up driven and excited by the purpose and clarity that her goals give her. Goal setting is how she has achieved a successful career, some key goals in life and some not bad sporting results such as:
1. Top 25 in her Age group at World Champs for 70.3 Half Ironman Triathlon
2. 2nd Australian female and 35th female overall in her first marathon when she ran the New York Marathon.
3. 2 x Nationals competitor in Surf Boat Rowing to name a few achievements
We have 2 sessions running at the conclusion of your Saturday program as follows:
Session 1 – U3-17 girls from 11.30am -12pm (approx.) and
Session 2 – U10-U12 boys and girls from 12-12.30pm
We highly encourage you to stay back with your athletes for these inspiring sessions, as they will be a fantastic, positive experience.
I also would like to thank Jarrod Montigue (Age Group Manager for the U16G) for bringing the idea forward.
